ingredients
- 4 ounces garlic, chopped
- 4 ounces fresh gingerroot, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (approximately or as needed)
- 1 dash salt
- 1 pinch turmeric (optional)
directions
- In a food processor, combine the garlic, ginger, salt and optional pinch turmeric. Pulse to blend, adding small amounts of olive oil to facilitate the blending, until it makes a smooth paste. Refrigerate or freeze.

For one serving to make Recipe #425239 I used 1 large garlic clove and a similar amount of ginger. I used extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and the optional turmeric for some colour.
