DIRECTIONS

  • In a blender, combine vinegar, oil, and fresh ginger.
  • Blend well on high speed for 15 seconds.
  • Add salt, pineapple, and sugar.
  • Blend another 15 seconds.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
