DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Chop Chicken Breast into cubes and trim all fat.
  • 2. Put sesame oil or olive oil into Wok or Pan to prevent sticking.
  • 3. Season meat with Salt and Pepper while the meat cooks.
  • 4. Once Chicken starts to brown on outside, add cashews and bamboo shoots.
  • 5. Then add enough General Tso sauce to fully coat Mixture.
  • 6. Put mixture over lettuce leaves and Enjoy!
  • 7. I usually serve with sticky rice or veggies on the side!
