  • Cook linguine according to package directions in a large pot of boiling, salted water; drain.
  • Heat oil, garlic, pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium-high heat while pasta cooks. Cook until garlic begins to sizzle, about 1 minute, then toss linguine with garlic oil mixture.

  1. Served this with grilled chicken. This is definitely for garlic lovers. I used about 12 oz. penne pasta, and it was about right. We use more parmesan cheese too. This is quick, easy and tasted great. I will make it again. (AND no vampires are coming after me for at least a couple of days, I should think).
     
  2. Served this along side chicken parmesan. It made a great combination. The noodles had a great flavor. I didn't include the parmesan cheese, as I already had enough in the chicken dish and it was still yummy. Will make it again!
