Garlic Ginger Salmon

- 1 lb salmon
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
directions
- Mix all ingredients, except salmon, in a bowl or gallon size ziplock bag.
- You can either leave the fish whole, or slice into serving sizes.
- Place fish in a flat bottom bowl and pour marinade over, or put into ziplock bag with marinade.
- Marinate for no longer than 30 minutes.
- Discard marinade and grill or bake.
