Gammon Steak With Pineapple
- Ready In:
- 1 gammon steak
- little oil
- 1 ring pineapple
- Heat the grill. Snip the gammon rind at intervals. Brush or wipe both sides of the gammon with a smear of oil. Place the gammon the grid of the grill pan and cook each side under the hot grill for 3-5 minutes, until brown. Put the pineapple slices on top of the gammon and heat for a few minutes, or fry the egg in a frying pan, in a little hot fat. Serve the gammon with the pineapple slices or with the egg on top.
