ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooking oil
- powdered sugar
directions
- Combine eggs and milk.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to egg mix and beat til smooth.
- if too thick add milk-if too thin add flour.
- Heat oil to about 360 degrees.
- pour 1/2 cup of the batter into a funnel and drizzle into the oil. Form a circle with your drizzles.
- Fry until golden brown.
- flip and fry the other side just a bit.
- drain on paper towen and top with powdered sugar to your liking.

I am a single mother of 2 beautiful children and am constantly looking for new recipes to try out with the kids. My youngest will eat anything! I have yet to find anything that he doesnt like! He's only 1 1/2 and eats more than me and my 3 yr old put together! My daughter is a little picky one though. She hates anything with cheese or looks like cheese, yet her favorite food is kraft mac and cheese!?!
