  1. 2 WORDS: EASY, AWESOME!! Thanx for the recipe!

  2. YUMMY! Great fudge recipe. I used milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chips and also added 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter during the last stage. As an extra touch, I pushed mini marshmellows down into the fudge after it cooled some and also put some on top. This was a big hit!

  3. Very quick and easy. I made this in under 30 minutes and it turned out great. Thanks so much!

  4. Set up beautifully, no problems at all, and tastes delicious. I started the 5-minute timer as soon as the roll began all around the edges. Thanks for the recipe!

Tweaks

  1. Smooth as silk. Switched the quantities of dark chocolate chips with semisweet. Thinking coursely ground dark roast coffee beans as an ingredient would be fun to try the next time I make this. Thank-you for a wonderful recipe.

  2. This was my first time to make fudge and it came out great! The only thing I did differently was I used pecans instead of walnuts.

I made this account back in 2001, when the site was called "Recipezaar". A lot has changed in my life since then. My kids are all grown and I try to eat a low-carb lifestyle now. Some of my older recipes were handed down from my grandmother. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I have. Current recipes that I post will mostly be low carb or keto.
