- 1⁄4 cup apple juice, no sugar added
- 1 cup strawberry, frozen
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 cup skim milk
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- *You can also add 1 oz of vanilla protein powder for an extra pick me up!
