ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon applesauce
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups fruit, about (apples, peaches, berries, whatever)
directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients (don't overmix).
- Pour into a greased pan.
- Top with fruit mixed with other ingredients.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Top with powdered sugar.

We enjoyed this. It had a chewy texture. I used Recipe #101039 for the fruit mixture. I chose Granny smith apples. I have to add how this is dairy free, egg free and very low in fat! If you have to eat cake this is the way to go. And this was made in a 9x13 dish and got 12 servings out of it. So the fat is closer to none. Thanks!
