- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 mango, cut up
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup low-fat strawberries or 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 4 fresh strawberries (optional)
directions
- combine the pineapple, mango and juice in a blender.
- add the yogurt and cinnamon to the blender.
- fill 4 tall drinking glasses with ice cubes.
- pour the smoothie over the ice, garnish each glass with a strawberry (if using) and serve.
