- 1⁄2 banana
- 4 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding (I use Sugar Free, Fat Free)
- 1 scoop ice cream flavored vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 -3 tablespoons Banana Nut Crunch cereal (I omit)
