DIRECTIONS

  • Wash okra well & drain.
  • Cut off tips & stem ends & cut into 1/2-inch slices.
  • Combine eggs & milk & mix well.
  • Dip okra into egg-milk mixture, then dredge in corn meal & fry in hot oil (about 375F) until golden & crisp.
  • Drain on paper towels & sprinkle with salr.
