- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes (minced dried onion)
- 1⁄4 cup cracker crumb
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried coriander
directions
- Preheat oven to 400*. In large bowl, combine eggs and milk; blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 36 meatballs; place in ungreased 15 x 10" pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked. Cool 5 minutes; place in 13 x 9" pan. Freeze, uncovered 45 minutes; place 12 partially frozen meatballs in each of 3 containers or bags and return to freezer for later use.

Is it possible that the amounts for milk and cracker crumbs were switched? We tried it as written, and had to add more cracker crumbs because the mixture was too mushy to hold together.<br/>Otherwise it's a wonderful recipe, very flavorful and tender. We really enjoyed the flavor. Thanks for posting!
