  • Cook the Cod.
  • Place Tartar Sauce in decorative bowl. Set aside.
  • Add fish stock, agar agar and Cod to blender and hit "liquefy". Continue to liquefy for 5 minutes, then finish off with "whip".
  • Pour your Cod Foam onto the reserved decorative bowl of Tartar Sauce and serve immediately garnished with dried parsley.
