Cheesy and moist. It's a very good (and easy) casserole. I had leftover cooked chicken and this was a nice way to use it up. I used light sour cream and 2% cheeses and that worked well. Next time I will top with the black olives mentioned at the end. Thanx!

I used 1/2 Tbl. cumin and 1 1/2 Tbl. chili powder because I ran out of cumin. I used all cheddar cheese. Also, my chicken was a tad tough( Don't buy large boneless breasts on sale if you want tender chicken, LOL). We enjoyed this, but I'm going to try it again with all cumin and better chicken!

This recipe is extremely easy to fix and so-o-o-o-o good! It is similar in taste to Weight Watcher's Chicken Suiza. Definitely a recipe I will make again -- and again. Thanks for sharing.

I am 30 years old. I am married and have a wonderful family. My hubbie is the greatest. We have a 2 1/2 year old little girl. Her name is Lizzie Belle. I have pics if anyone wants to see. I work for a bank in Brandon, MS. My hubbie is a police officer in Jackson. I have a great cookbook that is called "Any Blonde Can Cook". It is awesome. I love to cook...when I have the time. My family keeps me pretty busy though. I enjoy reading books, going to the movies, traveling, spending time with my family, cooking, playing with Lizzie Belle, tanning, and getting my nails done.
