Festive Cocktail Meatballs

"Each year the policemen, and firefighters have a meatball contest to where they have a contest for the best tasting meatballs. One of the police officers whom I have known for a long time that I went to school with was nice enough to let me share his recipe. Enjoy !"

  • Combine all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well.
  • Shape into 1 inch meatballs, and place on a jelly roll pan.
  • Bake at 18 minutes or until brown.
  • Combine the sauce ingredients, heat over stove until heated through, or slightly bubbling.
  • Let cool for 3-5 minutes, and pour over meatballs.

  1. Very tasty! The only change I made was to cook these in the crock pot. The sauce was nice and tangy, not too sweet and not to acidic from the vinegar and tomato paste. Will be enjoying these again! Made for Everyday Holiday.

Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
