OK, so this is bad - really bad. I absolutely LOVE these cookies, and the husband thinks they're really good, too! I am so *not* telling him that they're "fat free" cookies. Also, I got exactly 40 cookies, and they aren't tiny little baby cookies, either. They're small but perfect. Thanks for a keeper!

I made quite a few changes but these were still very good. I had some almond meal (leftover from making almond milk) and substituted that, plus some flax meal for the flour. I used dried cranberries instead of raisins and maple syrup instead of honey. I added about a teaspoon of cinnamon and only cooked for about 8 minutes. I think next time I will add a little salt and maybe some walnuts.

These cookies were a little too sweet and I was surprised how there were no spices asked for at all. I substituted honey with half maple syrup and half agave. They were difficult to bake fully without burning the top and bottom slightly. I agree with the other commenter that they are nothing like traditional oatmeal raisin cookies. Just tastes like sugar. Not unedible though.
