A week or two ago I made a quick microwave cookie and it got me wondering if you could do something similar for a brownie. Turns out you can! :) I've made this twice now, once with a super dark cocoa and once with regular Hershey's cocoa. The dark cocoa needed a tiny bit more sugar but both were good. I used oil both times but also want to try with butter to see if there is a noticeable difference. I used a cereal bowl and 30 seconds was perfect in my microwave. Thanks for sharing!
