- 4 frozen fish fillets (I like talapia)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- to taste seafood seasoning
- 4 lemon wedges
directions
- Heat skillet over medium heat.
- Melt butter and oil in pan.
- Sprinkle seafood seasoning to taste on both sides of fillets.
- Fry on both sides until done (about 3 minutes per side but depends on thickness of fillet).
