  • Heat oil in large pan, add chopped peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add onion and saute for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add the veggie crumbles (frozen) and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and heat through.
