  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper (optional)

directions

  • Cut a circle from the center of 2 slices of bread. Lightly spread both sides of bread with butter.
  • Place bread in moderately hot non-stick skillet.
  • Break an egg into each hole in the bread. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook slowly, until the eggs asre set and bread is golden.
  • Turn and cook until desired doneness.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
