ingredients

  • 2 large eggs (scrambled)
  • 2 slices tomatoes (thick)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 ounces whole milk, dairy

directions

  • break egg on a frying pan lightly greased with oil.
  • add pinch of salt.
  • remove egg put on bread
  • add slice the tomato
  • eat.

  2. I've now made this 3 times - once with scrambled egg and the other 2 times with a fried egg (once hard fried and the other time soft for a gooey yolk). The have all be enjoyed and made great breakfasts though I did omit the salt and used low fat milk when doing the scrambled egg. Thank You Chef 496361 and 4H Mom for recommending it in I Recommend Tag Game.

  4. This is a classic.... easy and tasty for a breakfast any time. I chose not to have milk with mine. This would be a 5 star review if the milk were omitted from the list of ingredients and the bread were added. As it stands the nutritional facts would not be correct. But, a great recipe. Thank you.
