I followed the recipe exact and used the flour. They came out good, but not at all what I expected...not enough Mexican flavor and not very saucy. 2 out of 6 in the family thought they were "sweet tasting". My son, who usually eats 4-5 tacos, didn't even finish his first one. The rest of us thought they were ok, but that the allspice flavor was too strong (I thought it seemed like a lot when I read it). With a bunch of toppings it wasn't as prominent, but I don't think I'll be making these again. People who like more of a mild flavored taco meat would enjoy these though, I'm sure.
