ingredients

1 ¹⁄₂ lbs ground beef
³⁄₄ cup of uncooked oats
2 eggs, beaten
¹⁄₄ cup of chopped onion
1 tablespoon salt
¹⁄₄ tablespoon pepper
1 cup tomato juice

directions

Combine all the ingredients and pack firmly into pan.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
