Easy Chocolate-Covered Raisins (Crock-Pot)

I needed another quick fix for chocolate but had to make without nuts for DH. So I chose golden raisins and they were a hit!

ingredients
- 12 ounces milk chocolate
- 2 ounces white chocolate (I used a candy bar)
- 8 ounces raisins (can use more or less or combine with nuts)
directions
- Put chocolate ( milk and white) in crock pot on low.
- stir after 30 minutes to blend.
- continue cooking 10 minutes.
- add in raisins, blend.
- with teaspoon drop onto wax paper.
- let cool.
- enjoy!

This worked out really well without a crockpot, too. I simply used a hot water bath to melt the chocolate together, then stirred in the raisins, dropped them onto a silpat et voila. :)<br/>This recipe is super easy to make and gives you the yummiest little treats for yourself. YUM! Loved the creaminess in the chocolate mix and the nice fruity touch from the raisins.<br/>I used about double the amount of those and decided to make very small clusters, so I ended up with quite a few. <br/>Ill definitely make this again!<br/>THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing a real keeper with us, Connie! :)<br/>Made and reviewed for the Aussie/NZ Recipe Swap #57 october 2011.
