Easy Belgian Waffles

"I had Belgian waffles in the Hotel where we were staying and they were so good. I found out that the Hotel used a mix and I tried various recipes to try to get a match. I combined a few recipes to get this one and I think it is very close to the original."

Reviews

  1. These waffles I made, were very flat. Even though they were flat, they were still delicious.(I added chocolate chips)

Tweaks

  1. I like my breakfasts to be healthy and if you take away 1 egg, add 1 TBSP flaxseed, 3TBSP water. Healthier pancakes! I mixed the dry and wet ingredients separately and then slowly mix in the dry to the wet ingredients.
