Easiest Swiss Steak

"My husband is always happy when I make this dish. It may not be 'official' Swiss Steak, but that's what we call it. It's so tasty and EASY. You can cook it either by crock pot or oven. I like to serve it on top of mashed potatoes, but you could also serve it over noodles. Adjust quantities of ingredients to suite your taste; it's pretty much dump-cooking."

  1. I only needed to make this for two and I had to sub some ingredients but here you go... 1 1/2 pounds of tenderized round steak, 1 can of cream of mushroom with garlic, 1 can of golden mushroom soup, and for broth I used two bullion cubes in 1 cup of water. Other than that I followed the recipe and served it over precooked noodles. It turned out really great!
