  • Mix dry ingredients until well blended.
  • Add remaining ingredients to moisten, stirring well.
  • Drop by teaspoonful onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

  1. These are really good cookies. I made them almost exactly as written, except I don't have any quick-cooking oats so I used the old-fashioned ones. The raisins, pecans and spices do serve to sweeten the cookies; if you hit an area that doesn't have any of the fruit or nuts you can taste the lack of sugar, but overall I was extremely impressed that there is no added sugar or sweetener of any kind. I will definitely make these again, maybe adding even more fruit and nuts to the next batch.
