- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1 soft banana
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup marshmallow cream
directions
- in a blender, combine milk, cream, banana, cinnamon and salt. Puree until very smooth and thick, Pour milk mixture into a small saucepan and set over medium heat.
- Warm mixture, whisking constantly, until it just barely comes to a simmer. Add both chocolates and marshmallow spread. Whisk until completely melted and smooth.
- Ladle hot chcolate into espresso cups. If desired, top with a dollop of whipped cream.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
