DIRECTIONS

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Stir together all the wet ingredients (first 6) in a large bowl.
  • In a smaller bowl stir together the dry ingredients.
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix until basically smooth.
  • Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan and place into the oven to bake for 50-60 min or until tooth pick comes out fairly clean.
