Debbie's Bread Dipping Sauce

"This is great to dip my "Debbie's Focaccia" in. I usually triple the spice ingredients and store in freezer."

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
• 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
• 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon peel, finely grated

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor. Pulse 6 times untile all ingredients are combined.
2. To serve, combine about 2 tsp.spice blend to 4 T extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoons balsimic vinegar.
3. Dip bread pieces into mixture.
