  • Select fresh flowers, being careful that all of the stems have been removed.
  • Pour boiling water over flowers, cover with a tea towel and allow to stand for three days.
  • Strain, add remaining ingredients, cover and let stand for three weeks until fermentation is completed.
  • Strain out all solids, bottle and cork.
