- 3 quarts dandelion flowers
- 3 quarts boiling water
- 3 lbs sugar
- 6 oranges, sliced
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
directions
- Pour the boiling water over the dandelion blooms and let stand for 3 days and 2 nights. Strain. To the liquid add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let the mixture stand for 3 weeks then bottle.
