Daddy's Crustless Pumpkin Pie

ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beatened
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
• 1⁄2 cup Bisquick
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Preheat over to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into a greased 10" pie plate.
4. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until center is firm.
