  • Beat butter and sugar at medium speed until fluffy.
  • Beat in Eggs, one at a time.
  • Beat in vanilla & almond extract.
  • In separate bowl, combine flour, backing powder and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refridgerate.
  • Roll out dough, a little at a time, refrigerating the rest.
  • Cut out and place on parchment paper covered baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes before baking.
  • Back at 350 for 11 minutes.
  • Let cool on rack for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer to wire rack.
