ingredients
- 600 g chicken
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese
- 1⁄2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 dash garlic granules
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger, sauce
- 1 egg
- optional potato starch
- optional rice bran oil
directions
- ①Place raw chicken, soy sauce ,sake ,grated cheese, curry powder, garlic granules, salt, pepper, ginger sauce and egg in a plastic bag. And rub it.
- ②Coat raw chicken with potato starch.
- ③Heat rice bran oil. And deep-fry chicken.
- and drain on paper towels.
- ④Put fried chicken on a plate.
