  • ①Place raw chicken, soy sauce ,sake ,grated cheese, curry powder, garlic granules, salt, pepper, ginger sauce and egg in a plastic  bag. And rub it.
  • ②Coat raw chicken with potato starch.
  • ③Heat rice bran oil. And deep-fry chicken.
  • and drain on paper towels.
  • ④Put fried chicken on a plate.
