Simple and tasty marinade. I haven't been able to find sour oranges since I left CA, so I used half orange juice and half lemon juice and let it marinate for 24 hours. The chicken turned out juicy and had a nice light flavor. I think I would have preferred it grilled instead of baked just because I love the smoky flavor it adds Thanks for posting the recipe.

I made the marinade late in the morning. I put 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in and let in set in the fridge until dinner time. Turning once during the day. It was quite warm here and I didn't want to turn on the oven and heat up the kitchen. So we grilled our chicken instead. It turned out really well. I usually let our chicken marinade overnight, but this still had great flavor. I am sure we will be making this again! Thanks for a great recipe.
