  1. Simple and tasty marinade. I haven't been able to find sour oranges since I left CA, so I used half orange juice and half lemon juice and let it marinate for 24 hours. The chicken turned out juicy and had a nice light flavor. I think I would have preferred it grilled instead of baked just because I love the smoky flavor it adds Thanks for posting the recipe.

  2. Followed the directions of a previous reviewer, as I could not find sour orange juice, and added equal amount of lemon juice to the orange juice for the total amount. Tender and juicy, Can't wait to try this out on my new grill. Thanks for sharing bobafemme!

  3. We loved this. I marinated for about 20 hours, then baked for 25 mn. Very flavorful and juicy. I will definitely make this again! Thanks for posting, made for Spring PAC 2013

  4. I made the marinade late in the morning. I put 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in and let in set in the fridge until dinner time. Turning once during the day. It was quite warm here and I didn't want to turn on the oven and heat up the kitchen. So we grilled our chicken instead. It turned out really well. I usually let our chicken marinade overnight, but this still had great flavor. I am sure we will be making this again! Thanks for a great recipe.
