Crock pot Green Chile Pork

"This is great for a cold day. Sometimes I like to add a little tequila to the crockpot and let the pork cook in it. Delicious!"

  1. Yummy!!!!!!! We love mexican flavor food and I am always looking for new recipes and am so glad I found this one!!!!This was a delicious dish!!! I used thick pork loin chops and did not cube them, I left them whole and they were tender and tasty!!!! Thanks for posting!!!!!!

Tweaks

  1. Very yummy! I particularly liked how the oregano added to the flavor. As another reviewer suggested, I left my thick pork chops whole. I also opted for two cans of chopped green chilis instead of one. Cooked for 6 hours. We served with pork pulled apart and with a fried egg on top. Very tasty!
