Crock Pot Dijon Spiced Cream Chicken

  • Place chicken breasts in crockpot and pour over heavy cream.
  • In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and mustard. Then spread mixture over chicken breasts.
  • Combine spices in another small bowl and sprinkle of chicken. Then top with the 2 bay leaves.
  • Cover with lid and set crockpot on low to cook for 6 to 8 hours.

  1. This has a lot of the ingredients that we like, so I was really excited about this recipe. This particular combination of spices just didn't work for us.
     
  2. This was a tasty easy supper. I don't think that the full cup of heavy cream was necessary...I think I'd cut that back next time some to have a thicker sauce. The flavors were great though. Thanks so much for sharing! Made for Pick A Chef Fall 2009.
