  • Put everything in a large crockpot. Cook on low 8-9 hours.
  • Cooks Notes:

  • Keep in mind that this is a stew not a soup. Dont be afraid of big chunks of food. Dont chop your vegetables too small.

  1. I used this recipe as a guide. I multiplied the veggies, by...not sure how much. I added green onions, I didn't dice my white onions, but rather 8th them and left them large. I didn't use any sweetener..as I'm not sure what that would have added. I didn't have tomatoes, so I just added a can of crushed tomatoes. I used the cumin, and also added some(all measurements are approximate) oregano (1 tsp), garlic powder (1-2 T....LOVE GARLIC), 1 tsp Rosemary, 1 T parsley flakes. I added a dash of sea salt and it is now in the crock pot until tomorrow morning. I am not giving a rating as of yet, but I just know it will be yummy.

I love Zaar! Iam so addicted to this site.
