ingredients
- 453.59 g lean ground beef
- 118.29 ml water chestnut, finely chopped
- 78.78 ml plain breadcrumbs
- 59.14 ml green onion, sliced
- 59.14 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 118.29 ml barbecue sauce
- 59.14 ml plum sauce
- 29.58 ml hoisin sauce
directions
- In large bowl combine all ingredients.
- Place in Crock pot.
- Cook on low 4 hours.
- OR.
- Freeze in individual portions.
- After frozen Place each needed portion in Crock Pot.
- Cook on low 4-6 hours .
