- 4 cups kale, stems removed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
directions
- Toss ingrediants together.
- spread in an even layer on a large wire rack on top of a large baking pan.
- bake 350 degrees for 15 min.

Great Sub for junk-food chips!! I personally sprinkle the salt on the pieces after they are arranged on the pan (I use a big cookie sheet lined with parchement for easy clean up) Be ready to buy and make these at least 2 bunches at a time!! UPDATE: I made 2 bunches, stored the extras in a Ziplock Bag a few hours after they cooled - Bad Idea! they turned soggy and limp by the next day :-(

I love trying all different types of cuisines. my favorites right now are indian, mexican, and japanese :) I'm currently a student so I try to find recipes that I can tweak in order to make smaller portions. I don't like eating the same thing more than once a week and I hate wasting food so this becomes a very creative process ( and not enough freezer space!)
