"This is our favorite batter for crepes. It turns out perfect every time. Just make sure that the batter is smooth."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 25 crepes

ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄2 cups milk
• 1 1⁄2 cups water
• 6 eggs
• 6 tablespoons butter, melted

directions

1. Mix into a smooth batter.
2. Cook on an electric crepe maker, until just cooked.
3. Make sure not to overcook.
