- 2 cups pureed fresh peaches
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 2 cups Cool Whip
directions
- Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and salt; stir well.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Chill at least 3 hours.
- Serve with thin butter wafers or butter cookies.
