  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Place in a large 9 x 13 greased baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered, for about 1 hour.

  4. This was so simple and great tasting. I used left over turkey from the holidays. Did omit the green peppers as we are not fans of them. Added some salt and peper to taste. Can't wait to make it again.
     
  5. We had this for dinner last night and we both thought it was very good. I added some salt and pepper and used the O'Brien style hash browns. Thanks for a nice recipe that we will definitely use again.
