- 1 (16 ounce) can frozen lemonade (unthawed)
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk (cold)
- 1 -8 ounce Cool Whip Topping, thawed
- 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
directions
- combine cream cheese and condensed milk in a bowl. With an electric mixer beat until smooth.
- Then in the same bowl add the frozen lemonade beat for 30 seconds on medium speed. Then add the lemon zest and cool whip Fold it in DO NOT USE THE MIXER AT THIS POINT. the cool whip needs to be folded inches The pour into the graham cracker crust. Put it in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. Yummy yummy.
