Creamy Hot White Chocolate

• 6 cups half-and-half cream, divided
• 1 1⁄3 cups vanilla chips or 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips
• 2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 dash ground nutmeg
• 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

directions

1. In a large saucepan, combine 1/2 cup cream, vanilla chips, cinnamon sticks, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Stir in remaining cream; heat through. Discard cinnamon sticks. Stir in vanilla.

Got eight thumbs up (family of four)! I will be quadrupling the recipe soon for a PARTY :) and will leave the dash of nutmeg a dash and probably only double the cinnamon. All else was fantastic!
