  1. My family really liked this recipe. Even my picky 5 yr old newphew ate it. This is so good! This was the first homemade guacamole I've ever made. It was so easy to make. I mixed my ingredients with my hand blender. The only problem I had with the recipe is the cream cheese needs to be microwaved a bit longer as my cream cheese had small clumps while beating. I have a copy of this recipe. My copy of this recipe I got from a cookbook years ago is slightly different. My copy calls for 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce. The rest of the ingredients is the same. The directions are slightly different combine everything except tomatoes until well blended. Then add tomato and mix lightly and serve. The amount it makes says 4 cups. We will so have this again for sure! Thanks for posting a great recipe! Christine (internetnut)
