Dressing
- 1⁄3 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed

Coleslaw
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups red cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 cups green cabbage, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup thinly sliced red onion
directions
- Mix dressing ingredients together.
- Put coleslaw ingredients into bowl and toss with dressing.
- Cover and let refrigerate about 3 hours before serving.
- Stir and drain off all liquid before serving.
- Slaw will keep for about 5 days covered and refrigerated.

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything.
